"Sean is a polite professional. I wanted my front room re plastering, a mixture of re skimming over the current plaster, bare brick, boarding the old fireplace and around the windows. Even though Sean was very busy, he was able to come round and speak to me in person about what I wanted before giving me a quote. Sean was happy to give advice and suggestions and is happy to spend the time discussing things either in person or over the phone. Sean is flexible as much as he can be, after arranging dates for the work to be done I had to cancel and asked for different dates which Sean was very accommodating with. "I have used SP Plastering for two jobs now and Sean is great!
He turns up when he says he will and gives you a proper assessment of the work needed with a written job description so there is no confusion over what you are paying for. His work is great - organised, methodical and precise with the best finish on a plaster top coat you can imagine. I am loath to put any tiles on top as the finish is so smooth and shiny! He cleans up and takes care to limit the mess as much as possible.
If only all contractors were as good as him - great work at a good price, highly recommended and worth waiting for"
